- Delivery is free of charge on orders over £65.00. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. We are also able to offer special deliveries for urgent orders. Charges start at £6.95. Please call the office to check stock & postage costs.Delivery for items less than £65.00 will be charged at £4.95.Missy Hair reserve the right to refuse multiple orders. Please do not order several wigs to try on. A 15% charge will be incurred on any items returned from multiple orders. Missy hair are very happy to exchange an item if unsuitable. If the exchanged item is also unsuitable, it is not possible to return for a refund, or an alternative item. Only one exchange per client.International delivery starts from just £6.95. Please email us for further details. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.All orders inside the U.K. are sent Recorded Delivery Signed For. Outside the U.K. orders are sent Insured Recorded Airmail, please allow up to 10 days from posting arriving in the country of destination, but may take a few days longer to reach you due to the unpredictability of International Mail and Customs. Items temporarily out of stock will be put on back order and you will be notified immediately, by email or telephone. You then have the choice to wait for your order, choose a different colour /style or cancel the order.All orders will be sent in plain packaging and will be needed to be signed for.

- Returns & Replacements
- Missy Hair aim to keep you informed concerning your order status at all times. If you have any queries with regard to your order, please email us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or credit your account as long as the following conditions are met: The order is cancelled within 7 days of signing for the goods. Under NO circumstances will a refund be issued, unless this condition is met. The wig or hairpiece is unused, tickets still intact, not brushed, cut or had any contact with food smells, hair spray, perfume or cigarette odours. If a wig is returned and not purchased, the postage charge will be deducted from your refund. Should it be necessary to return an order that was placed as a special delivery, a 15% handling charge will be incurred. This will be charged on ALL returns of special deliveries. Prior to any return, you MUST contact us. A refund authorization number will be issued by a member of the Missy hair team. This MUST be obtained before any item can be returned. PRINT OFF OUR RETURNS FORM AND COMPLETE. THIS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURNED PRODUCT(S). All products should be returned to Missy Hair in an unused and resalable condition - complete with correct packaging. We recommend that you send the parcel via a recorded or special delivery service. Simply Wigs cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods. Accessories are non-returnable. Please address all refunds and exchanges to the address on the refund form.
- Ordering
- When you are shopping at Missyhair.co.uk and add an item to your bag, it is saved in your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart holds products you wish to purchase while you shop. Items you place in your Shopping Cart will remain there until you purchase them, remove them or move them to your Wish List. They will remain there even after you leave our site. However, those items placed in your Shopping Cart that go out of stock before you complete your purchase will automatically be removed from your Shopping Cart. Your Wish List allows you to save items that you're thinking about buying. This feature saves your selections even after you leave our site, making it easy to relocate and purchase your favourite items in the future. In order to move items from your Shopping Cart to your Wish List, you must sign in with your Account e-mail and password. Even if you leave the site and come back, you can access your Wish List, but only by signing in with your Account e-mail and password. Items will remain in your Wish List until they are moved to your Shopping Cart or removed. Placing items in your Wish List does not guarantee availability.

- We fulfil orders from anywhere in the world. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling but conversion rates of the day will apply to orders that are placed outside the U.K. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards. Payment always has to be received in full before orders are dispatched. Credit or Debit card payments are processed by PayPal in a completely secure environment. We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express. We require both the billing and shipping address of the credit card holder. If the name on the card is different from the name of the person placing the order, we reserve the right to call the card holder for further authorisation.
